46 volumes (approx. 20,000 pages) of carbon copies of the outgoing correspondence, 1865-1926, of Robert Todd Lincoln, eldest son of Abraham and Mary Lincoln. Arranged chronologically. Includes personal, family, political, some War Office, some U.S. ministerial, and most of all legal and business correspondence for the Pullman Car Company, of which he was legal counsel and then (1897; 1901-1911) president.
